Care To Be Home was created with the goal of doing better for our Seniors. We will provide the best services, with the best caregivers, at competitive prices. Our management team has a combined 50 years of experience working with seniors. Experience ranges from sales to administration and ownership positions within Home care, Home Health, Hospice, Medical Practice, and Hospital Administration. We strive daily to innovate and to create a company that is cutting edge in the industry and a leader in customer service. We have a goal to develop programs that will improve the care our clients receive and make home care more accessible for all seniors.
Care To Be Home believes that we are stronger together. Not only do we take pride in the training and development of our caregiver and administrative staff but we diligently seek out programs and partner companies to work with for the goal of building a stronger community of healthcare professionals, a better array of services, and a stronger brand.
Care To Be Home believes in open dialogue with both our staff and our clients. We are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Our care management software allows our clients and their approved care team to access daily notes and clock in/out times of our staff. We also have a mechanism to ask specific questions and offer feedback or changes in the care plan. Communication is key to providing the best service we can, both negative and positive feedback is always welcomed and will always be considered.
