Caprock Home Health has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. We have served our patients across Texas with our highly trained staff. We believe in our patient’s independence and want to support them in any way we can from the comfort of their own home.

We offer a variety of services that can assist our patients with any of their medical needs. Our services range from home health aides, disease management, various therapy options and much more. Our goal is to make our patient’s life easier with our assistance.
