All of our employees have passed the highest screening in the industry. All caregivers have passed the stringent Canaan Home Care 17 step process (which generally takes 3 - 4 weeks), including a fingerprinting and livescan (50 state criminal background check), a minimum of (2) professional and (2) personal reference checks, behavioral interviewing tests, and a Canaan Home Care caregiver test.
