Bryan has been helpful in making sure I am comfortable and I have a very nice aide. I have used other agencies but Bryan has been the best so far.

Horrendous - unprofessional - unreliable - irresponsible is the only way to describe Bryan Skilled Home Care, and it's primary problem is Michelle! She has terrible organizational skills in regards to resolving PCA/HHA staffing/conflicts for the client with any ongoing consistency, changes/replaces the aides without notice to the care aide or the client, and on top of it all she's rude and hangs up on you, IF you're even able to reach her either during business hours or after hours. All personnel answer to Michelle. When you call, you're placed on hold and there you stay until they eventually hang up on you. You can not contact the Director of Nursing nor the owner to complain because all calls go through staff and are directed to Michelle who acts more like the owner than a coordinator. I've never encountered nor endured what I have with any other agency I've ever been associated with before. The 1 contending merit they have is they do make sure the client is staffed always at the expense of the aide. Other then that I WOULD NOT recommend this agency to anyone. One very dissatisfied client.
