My Mom is a resident at Brookdale Southpoint and our experience has been nothing less than outstanding. The entire staff, under the leadership of the facility's Director Stephanie, go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are well cared for. Like everything in life, stuff happens. But when stuff does happen, Stephanie and her team work tirelessly to turn an actual or perceived "wrong" into a "right". We are so grateful that the free service provide by "A Place For Mom" referred us to Stephanie and her team of professionals.
