The Perfect Location
Our senior living community is cradles between the gently sloping residential hills of Erwin and is only a short drive from the bustling business districts. Our relaxed and homey atmosphere provides our residents with a secure and personalized setting, while being only minutes from essential services.
We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region with easy access to I-86 and Rt. 15. The area's natural landscaping is breathtaking and activities abound for all ages. We enjoy the pallet of changing colors and beauty of all four seasons. The area has much to offer: fascinating museums, award-winning wineries, pristine lakes and waterways, seasonal recreational areas, cultural and performing arts centers, all within a few minutes of our community. We have a neighborhood ice cream stand that our residents frequent with family and friends on hot summer days.
A Wonderful Selection
We are fortunate to be able to offer three types of senior apartments here. We have two room admiral suites complete with a walk in closet and spacious bathroom. We also have our private rooms (deluxe and standard) and friendship suites. Everyone has their own bathroom complete with walk in shower and emergency call bell system. Our single level senior living community makes it more convenient for our residents and families to move in without the worries of stairways or elevators. We have two large dining rooms. One of our dining rooms has double doors that lead out to our landscaped grounds, giving us easy access for large parties and family picnics. Our beautifully groomed grounds and two artfully appointed courtyards are accessible in warmer seasons. We offer daily housekeeping services, daily bed making, personal laundry service, scheduled transportation to community outings, recreational activities program, three nutritious meals a day plus snacks, coordination of home care services, coordination of hospice services, assistance with oxygen therapy, maximum incontinence care.
Strong, Caring Professional Relationships
Our senior living community interfaces with virtually every healthcare provider in our area. We foster relationships with all the hospitals: Guthrie Corning Hospital, Arnot Ogden Medical Center, St. Joseph's Hospital, Charles Cole Hospital, and Schuyler Hospital. We also foster relationships with area doctors and their staffs, as well as nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities, such as Founders Pavilion, Bethany Village, Elcor Health Services and Absolute Care at Three Rivers. By forming these close affiliations, we create a seamless and more effective network to accommodate the needs of our residents.
