My dad lived at Brookdale Medford for over 2 1/2 years. Everything was always top notch. A few weeks ago, my dad was diagnosed with end stage dementia. The hospital told me to move him to skilled nursing with hospice help. I got a call from Christina at Brookdale that they loved my dad and wanted him to come home to do his end of life care. Christina and Cass spent hours holding his hand and comforting him. He passed away last Saturday with dignity. I am so grateful to Brookdale.
