Carolina House of Forest City offers assisted living services, Alzheimer’s care and hospice care. We provide assistance with personal care needs including bathing, dressing and grooming needs. Our residents enjoy three meals a day and snacks. We have a licensed nurse available to our residents around the clock and monitor ongoing health care needs as they change.
