The Terrace at First Colony is a beautiful independent living community offering an onsite doctor and home health for the convenience of our residents. We have an emergency call system in each apartment. Our community is active and vibrant. We have fantastic social events and are happy to provide transportation to scheduled events and appointments. Our four courtyards, pool, putting green and lagoon area encourage our residents to be active and independent.
