Ongoing dementia training, expertise and support for staff Our staff is trained to understand and manage unpredictable behaviors and the need for an individualized approach for every resident, depending on the progression of the disease. We understand that creative problem solving is needed when providing dignity and quality of life to individuals with memory loss. For this we have dedicated dementia care specialists on staff to support our staff, residents and families.
