Lodge like atmosphere, with lots of undeveloped space around buildings set at different levels into the hill, but still easy access form 101. Rooms are large and well thought out opening into "living room" area with the bedroom protion less visible in studios. Some of the rooms are very large indeed, especially the two bedrooms. Some of the units have small garden areas and all of them have some sort of out outdoor areas, either small deck or patio. Pool table and relaxed less "feminine" decor may be appealing to men. Residents enjoy sitting under the shady trees in beautiful chairs in front of main entrance lots of activities and outings very homey and relaxed environment!
