BrightStar Care of Louisville has been an enormous blessing to our family. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was for us-from our initial phone call, in home conversation, the visits from their nurse, the exceptional care from mom's caretakers, many conversations with their wonderful, professional, caring staff. BrightStar Care is a company that cares. They care about the people they hire to provide their services, they care about the quality & reliability of the care they are providing, they care about the family members involved & they certainly care about their clients. We had heard stories about other agencies in town & we were skeptical about pursuing in home care for our 87 year old mother. We wanted the best. After checking around with many different sources, we were told that BrightStar Care is the best in the Louisville area. We found them to be nothing short of exceptional. We were impressed with their Joint Commission accomplishment & we found that this truly translated into exceptional quality of care. The folks caring for mom were well informed, knowledgeable, reliable & compassionate. As mom's condition deteriorated especially in the last several weeks, the caretakers became increasingly relied upon by our family. We grew to love each one of them as they took such good care of us & mom. They were so attentive to all of our needs. It meant the world to have Donna, Carolina & Marsha there with us during mom's celebration of life.
