She is a conscientious and attentive care giver who focuses on the job at hand, while conveying compassion for the client. My experience as an employee with BrightStar Care has been stellar! The staff bends over backwards to find the kind of jobs that I request and that fit my abilities and limitations. They continuously show how much they care about me and about their clients. When I go into the office, I am always greeted with friendly smiles and feel they are open to any questions or problems I may have. I was given a raise without asking this year and it came with a letter praising my contributions to my clients and the agency. I definitely feel appreciated and supported, which is refreshing, to say the least!
