Companionship: This service is designed to help those individuals who require assistance in some of their daily living activities and are otherwise healthy. Our companions help keep your loved one mentally healthy and alert by having conversations with them; reading, playing games and letter writing; taking them to a movie or restaurant; accompanying them to religious functions, visits with friends and neighbors, and other social activities.
Homemaking: Our aides can provide homemaking services to maintain your loved one's independence. Homemaking services involve the tasks necessary for the upkeep and cleanliness of the home, including but not limited to:
Personal needs including assistance with feeding, bathing, and dressing.
Meal planning and preparation including grocery shopping, monitoring diet and food intake, preparing future meals and clean-up.
Errands such as picking up prescriptions, gathering the mail, and general shopping.
Light housekeeping chores.
Escorting: If your loved one just needs help traveling to and from personal appointments, hospital trips and other excursions, we are happy to provide a service specifically for this purpose.
