The place is very clean. However,The family and health personal can’t communicate with the owner nor the residents because the phone is either blocked or do not answer. I had to call the employees on their cellulars to get through. Lately the owner prohibited the use of their personal phones which is the most of the time way to know about their love ones They don’t follow a schedule, I found out my husband was fed once a day. The owner said he didn’t want to eat. He was coughing a lot and she did not call the doctor until someone told her how bad he was coughing Her husband who appears as an administrator of the place is very rude. Don’t just go by the appearance of the place. The mother in law is given special treatment by the ALF personal while the other ones have to wait.
