Autumn Cove Retirement Community

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This is a for profit community. They didn't do what I paid them to do - keep my father clean, including his linens, his room, and his bathroom. When I talked with them about my concerns, they became rude and didn't improve. I had to move him 13 miles away from me because they were so greedy and unethical.

The administrators of Autumn Cove are conniving and unethical. They raised the bill every month by adding $10 for a small bottle of generic aspirin and other supplies. I was told repeatedly that I couldn't provide them. The towels and sheets I provided were stolen the first week. The replacements they provided were rags. Tried to charge me extra for a thrift store tv. Always asking me to provide food for their parties. Didn't bathe my father. He always had a dirty smell. They didn't wash his clothes daily like they said they did, which is something I was told by the workers there, but they still charged me for that service. Autumn Cove was a nightmare and should be shut down.
