Atria Plainview

If you care about your loved ones I suggest you NEVER go to Atria Senior Living in Plainview. This review has been a long time coming. My mother who was my best friend was 79yrs old and in January 2018 was playing tennis 6 days a week and doing water aerobics the same days in March she had a stroke but was recovering but mentally fine….6 years prior she was diagnosed with breast cancer and the very light chemo she was on was keeping it at bay… unfortunately stayed at Atriahell from Approx. Aug 2018-Nov 2018. I don’t even know where to start…. I would have to call every day to make sure my mother got her food when she wasn’t feeling well they bring the food to their rooms there was at least 4-7 times my mom was never given her meals, I would have to call and order her food then call her to make sure she received it…I called the desk more than once and said I wasn’t able to reach my mom “M’s” reply was “we have a lot of people here if I see her I’ll tell her” They are supposed to have someone go make sure she is ok.
