atHome with Clark-Lindsey was founded in 2019 as a collaboration between Clark-Lindsey Village in Urbana, IL and Cantata Adult Life Services in Brookfield, IL, two non-profit organizations that strive to create a world in which older adults may thrive.
Cantata launched an innovative new model of home care in 2014 called “Take2”. Upon seeing great success of providing affordable care to older adults in Brookfield, IL, Clark-Lindsey began exploring how this model could work in East Central Illinois. Cantata Home Services is part of the Cantata Adult Life Services family. As a nonprofit, Cantata Home Services has been working in the Brookfield community for over 20 years.
atHome with Clark-Lindsey purchased Diversified Health Care Services, Inc. in 2020. Diversified was founded in 1977 by Gloria Valenti, RN, and has been an exemplary home nursing provider in our community ever since. The addition of Diversified expands our services to include home nursing.
By offering affordable, non-intrusive in home care, atHome with Clark-Lindsey is able to help more individuals age on their own terms. Staying safe and comfortable at home sometimes means taking care of more than just you. Our handymen and handywomen clean gutters, install grab bars, make sure furnaces and air conditioners are functioning properly for the season and much, much, more!
