We live abroad and my 78-year-old father was stuck in a downward spiral - Few years back, his wife died, and he finds himself alone amid the COVID restrictions and confinement. During that period, he lost 35 pounds (that he could not afford to lose) and began showing troubling signs of cognitive disorder. We could not fly in the country to assist, so we had to rely on a caring and professional group. We chose Assisted Living Management after 4 telephone interviews. In short, the owner, Ed, is caring and professional and provided fantastic and reliable support. He carefully chose members of his team that would be most compatible with my father, and he himself, stepped in during the most needed times. He helped identify other services such as estate selling such that we could gradually plan for my father to leave the US to come to live with his family. This included taking my father to the airport at 04h30 am with a mountain of luggage and all kinds of needed paper work (Covid vaccine certificate / covid test / passport) so he could board and we could finally take over from there.

Ed with Assisted Living was able to meet the needs I had and was able to get me coverage that was absolutely amazing. I was able to feel comfortable and had no stress when I had them there caring for my Uncle when I myself needed some time off.. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this company.

Assisted Living Management caregivers are the best because of the consistency of the staff. There is always someone to fill a shift in the event of an emergency, and it is a regular employee, not one of the owners, managers, or some other random person. I like the ease of communication with them, and the fact that they are helping me to keep an eye on my mom, when I can't be with her all day. I don't want to be replaced. I just want someone to help me take care of my mom. and who all speak English fluently and adapt themselves to my mom's very last days. Assisted Living Management has been the best agency so far to recognize and acknowledge and to make adjustments, in such a short time for me and my family.

You can tell that the caregivers from Assisted Living Management love what they do. I learned how to be more patient with my dad after watching the caregivers. That’s a very unexpected and lasting benefit.

There isn't anyone else I would have trusted to care for my dad in his final days other than Assisted Living Management. Trying to care for a loved one is always difficult, add 3,000 miles of separation and constant travel back and forth and it seems next to impossible. We needed help to alleviate some of the physical and emotional stress of it all and Edward was the first and only call I made. He was attentive and kind, but honest about what we were facing and committed to getting us through this most difficult time. Though only a client for a few short days, without his services I wouldn't have been able to honor my father's wishes of finding his peace in the comfort of his own home.
