Most of the aides are too busy texting and playing on their smartphones to render any kind of service to you. Many times they don't show up or bother to call and let you know. Any-Time Home Care is understaffed. They have no one to send you to if your aide doesn't show. If you complain about this to them, they will threaten to contact your insurance carrier and drop you. I don't understand why they don't have anyone on call to cover for no shows. Not a very caring agency. Don't waste your time or money.

Anytime Homecare always switching aides, only had one that lasted for over a year. Unreliable, aides didn't show up, would not get replacement aides to cover. Hardly ever received a phone call notifying us that no aide would be coming. If a phone call was received it would be several hours after the report time for an aide. When I called about no show of aids to the Kingston Office, several times they were unaware that no aide showed up and of course no replacement aide. When I called them on a weekend (answering service) about no aide showing up. No one would call me back, called several times and still no call back, this happened several times. When this happened the last time and I called on a Monday they admitted they got the messages that I called. When I asked why no one returned my calls the response I got was: "I had too many things going on". This is what was told to me by the covering person who happened to be the assistant manager of Kingston location (Jessica). My mother now is in an Assisted Living Home because of the poor service they provided us. Could NOT rely on them at all and this is unacceptable when you have an elder person in need, who depends on their service. I would highly NOT recommend hiring this company to care for your loved one.
