Annylysse's Quality Care AFH is a Group Home providing light, moderate, heavy care and hospice. This is a spacious new home located on one acre of beautiful land in a peaceful country setting. This home is specifically designed to fit the needs of every resident. Offering private rooms only and some private baths. We have one main bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home is wheelchair accessible and in a non-smoking environment with smoke detectors in every room. Care is provided to the frail elderly in this community that need assistance with medications, activities of daily living, meals, laundry and any other care needs they may have. They also specialize in dementia care. All staff is certified caregivers. Activities include: walking, gardening, games, music, exercise, arts & crafts, reading newspaper, movie night, plus other activities customized for each individual. All residents' birthdays, special events and holidays are celebrated. Visits from family and friends are encouraged.
