I don't know where I would be without Michelle and her staff. I was lost, scared, and didn't know how I could care for my disabled son, while I still needed to work to keep the roof over our head. Without hesitation, Michelle jumped on board, got me services/assistance for my son (FREE WHEELCHAIR, etc) that I didn't even know was available to me. We had to move him into a group home, but she was/has been there every step of the way. I would recommend her agency to ANYONE in need of private, In Home Care.

Michelle made it so incredibly easy to work with her when it came to caring for my elderly father. He was diagnosed with early onset Dementia, and cognitively it was not safe for him to be left alone all day in his home. She stepped right in, unwavering in her approach, and took so much stress off of my plate. He lives at home with me, but I work Full Time. Michelle and her staff were punctual, responsive, and connected with my father right away (of which I was leery of how he would respond). We have had many situations where I couldn't even get a return phone call from other agencies. She was always available, 24/7, and no task was too big or too small. My father has since passed away, but when it comes time to care for my mother, she will be first on my list. She is the best in this business.

Michelle made one of the most difficult 2 years of my family’s lives bearable. The kindness and empathy she showed my mom and our entire family was irreplaceable and I don’t know how we would have gotten through that time. Mom had a fall and needed hip and knee replacement- but only after the fracture healed. It was over a year of no weight bearing, walking etc, she needed nearly 24hr care. With dad aging and us with work schedules, kids etc, it just was not feasible to do it on our is . Michele gave us the guidance, advice and most importantly the care that mom needed. Michelle was an ANGEL when it came to my care! I had to have reconstructive surgery on my foot, with a 6 month recovery time, and she was there every step of the way to help me in my own home. She went above and beyond to assist with meal prep, house cleaning, laundry, errands...she even walked my 120lb dog for me! She left no stone unturned and always anticipated my needs before I even had to tell her. Her phone was always on and took my call at any hour of the day or night, it didn't matter how busy she was. I would, without question, recommend her agency to anyone in need. In fact, when my grandmother was in need of someone to care for her in her home, Michelle was the first person that I called. Her kind heart and compassion for people when it comes to going above and beyond will always rank as the best in the business.

The care my mom received at home after a recent surgery was by far the most caring and professional she had ever experienced.As her daughter, I was at ease knowing she was in good hands during times when family couldn't be there. I will obtain their services in the future.
We were referred to Michelle when my mother was in crisis. Mom had been discharged from the hospital but unsafe alone at her home. Family had been stretched to provide 24 hour care and needed relief. Michelle and her staff kept her safe and well over a weekend with short notice and returned the next Friday. Mom was declining rapidly and Michelle had the clinical skills to assess the changes and keep us informed. When the situation became unsafe, we were informed and we asked Michelle to contact the ambulance service so that we could meet at the hospital. Michelle was competent and caring and Mom was comfortable with her. She stayed involved and caring even when it was apparent the Mom could not return. I would recommend her services to anyone without reservations.
