At Ambassadors Services, all staff members undergo a scrupulous professional evaluation including a criminal background check, drug testing, tuberculosis screening, a yearly physical, skills assessment, and professional reference review.
All hands-on caregivers complete orientation training and skills review prior to entering a client’s home. We require proof of legal immigration status and employment authorizations for our staff. We also conduct regular performance reviews and strive for excellence in all aspects of home care.
