The experience we have had from Amada Senior Care has been, to say the least, outstanding. The Amada Senior Care Bay St. Louis has been taking care of my father for the last 4 years. My father is now 86 years old with total dementia. The care by the caregivers has been a tremendous amount of help for him and for myself and family. They have exhibited an extremely high level of professionalism as well as a great amount of compassion for his condition. They have helped in every way, from showering and bathroom duties, to cooking his meals and laundry. The caregivers are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and even feel like they are part of an extended family. The days they were at our home gave us an opportunity to have some personal relief. They even helped during the last hurricane so that we could deal with the damage that we incurred. The owner, John Merrell, and the manager of the local office, Andrea, have helped us in every way possible. Andrea is always checking on us, even when the caregivers are not scheduled. Professional and caring.......truly a special group.

John with Amanda Senior Care, he is someone that has become a true friend! He helped us so much during the time of my best friends husband’s care and passing. Now here we are again with my best friend needing help with long term care insurance. John is always ready to help in our time of need.

I was frantically looking for help with my mother-in-law after she was released from the hospital. I was given the phone number from a good friend who worked at Amada and with a blink of the eye they jumped right in and helped me get her settled and comfortable. They cared for my mother-in-law as if she was their own. The loving caregivers were amazing along with the entire staff . That one call turned into months worth of love and friendship... Awesome Company!

I have been with Amada Senior Care for several years as they are taking care of my parents. They are a wonderful group of people, very helpful, always willing to do whatever is needed. I have never had any problem trouble with them. I would recommend them highly. The staff is very well trained and very friendly. Their GREAT!! The aides are very trusting I never worry about my parents I have security knowing that the Amada team is with them. They will do whatever you ask them to do without any questions.

John and his team did a fantastic job caring for my father who was diagnosed with ALS in January of 2020. The caregivers were experienced and very willing to help in any way. John is very accessible and can find the right caregiver for the situation. Amada Senior Care was a tremendous blessing to our family during a challenging time.
