Chesney and John Gulas, owners of Amada Senior Care Cleveland, are pursuing a shared passion of enriching lives while providing the highest quality of care. Chesney applies skills gained from 25 years of volunteering in the community, often in hospitals, to advocate for seniors who want to live safely and independently with the support that they need to maintain their health and well-being. Chesney possesses MBA and JD degrees as well as 20 years of financial services experience—all of which allows her to serve as a knowledgeable resource to seniors and families seeking exceptional care and assistance in identifying funding sources.

John also earned a JD degree and practiced in Ohio prior to developing a career in financial services. He offers specific and broad knowledge from his 30-plus years in leadership roles and as an estate and financial advisor to families. He has worked with hundreds of families dealing with aging family members, care needs and financial planning.

Their daughter, Chesney A. (Chez) Gulas, holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and fills a crucial role in the family business. In addition, Chez and Chesney are proud graduates of the State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) program at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C).

As many families do, the Gulas family has experienced firsthand the challenges of aging parents and dealing with enhanced care needs. We recognize the impact it has on the individual and their family. It is difficult for families dealing with care plans, the emotional impacts of transition, and financial situations whether they live close to or across the country from their senior loved one.
