Always Best Care is an true Home Health "Agency" with a full time Director of Nursing with RN managed employee caregivers and not independent contractors. Companion care and personal care are directed and manged by one of our Registered Nurses. Our full time RN's create individualized care plans and act as trusted advisors to our clients and families. Hands on orientations and supervisory visits to the client's home ensure that the caregiver is following the care plan and the client is provided the very best service possible. RN Managed In-Home Senior Care

Caregivers make the difference and our caregivers are RN managed Agency W-2 employees. We guarantee that each employee has been vetted with a national background check, clean driving record and current certifications. Additionally every employee is covered with liability, bonding, auto, worker's compensation and unemployment insurance. We take out all taxes and you are not in danger of developing an employer/employee relationship as you can be with "self claimed contractors" in your home. Our caregivers can assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers and incontinence care. In addition, we can help with errands, shopping, meals, light house cleaning, changing the linens, laundry, etc.

Free Assisted Living Placement

Of course, if staying at home ever becomes an issue, we offer free Assisted Living Placement services for our clients. We match budget, amenities, current/future medical needs of our client's to the many communities that we have personally toured. We narrow it down and then personally take our clients on guided tours so that they can pick the best community.

Getting Started

We begin with a free Registered Nurse assessment which entails approximately 60 minutes of time to review the client's needs, medical condition and preferences. A care plan is produced along with a schedule that can be 4 hours once per week, live-in or anything in between. Caregiver compatibility is guaranteed and they can be interviewed before starting services. Generally our minimum shift is 4 hours, but in some cases special considerations can be made. Our rates begin at $18 per hour. We also have affordable daily or shift rates. If we use the caregiver's car, we charge $0.75/mile, but if we use your car, there is no charge. The agreement is open ended and can be terminated with 24 hours notice for any reason.
