• Private, unfurnished one- or two-bedroom apartment homes
• Three delicious, nutritionally-balanced meals each day
• Healthy snacks available around the clock
• Extensive life enrichment program focusing on
residents’ interests and involvement
• Evidence-based wellness programs to improve and preserve health
• Scheduled transportation to outings
• Monitoring of resident emergency call system and regular safety checks
• Weekly housekeeping
• Daily tidying, trash removal and bed-making
• All utilities except phone and Internet
• Basic cable
• Disease prevention counseling and education on self-care
• Resident and family education and support through VIVA!Link
• Move-in coordination
• Laundry and linen service and a washer/dryer in each apartment
• Routine maintenance and grounds keeping
Age Well Centre For Life Enrichment offers help as needed with:
• Medication management and review of possible drug interactions by a pharmacist
• Routine health and wellness services including weight monitoring, blood pressure checks, nursing consultation and coordination of licensed medical services
• Routine follow-up and coordination with personal physicians and ancillary medical service providers such as therapy, home health and hospice
• Support with daily or occasional care needs such as bathing, dressing and grooming
