We did not have a positive experience with Affinity Care of New Jersey. We found them to be unprofessional and negligent. The agency does not return your calls and the supervisors don’t know what their caregivers are doing. We had caregivers that did not even bother to show up top help Mom with advanced Alzheimer’s. The Caregivers did not communicate with their supervisors that they would not be able to come. If a family member did not live nearby, my mother would be in a hospital or worse.
