All of our providers must successfully complete a multi-step hiring process which includes a two-step interview process, criminal background and history checks, reference checks, DPS records, and drug-screening. All of our caregivers are employees of Acti-Kare. We ensure that all caregivers complete a comprehensive training program and demonstrate competency prior to being assigned to a client. All of our caregivers are provided with ongoing education and we ensure that all caregivers are carefully selected and matched with each client based on the needs, interests, and personality of our clients. To ensure continuity of care, our clients will be assigned to the same caregiver each time. If a need should arise, we will gladly change caregivers at the request of the client.
