If you are taking care of someone who is injured...this company simply rocks! My fiance and I are looking after a family member who had to go through a fairly extensive surgery. The recovery time will be up to 4 months and we needed someone to provide care, unfortunately we work a lot. After searching online, I found Acti-Kare of Irvine and saw the information on Recovery Care on their web site. We had met with the owner, Glen and we were able to work out all the details very easily. He explained everything we needed to know as we're new to this. He is sharp and very easy to deal with & and even went out of his way to give us a Starbucks gift card! The care giver has been very dependable and hard working. Our families are pleased with the service . If you need to go this route, I would highly recommend this company. Not many companies give you that feel of genuine care for your situation.

I have been very impressed with the service that we received from this company. We had previously tried another service and had to cancel because the worker was always late and also had a poor attitude. I explained all this to the owner and he promised that he would find someone that we would really like. Nothing like results..she is very good! Everyone really likes her and she works very hard. We really like working with Acti-Kare Irvine. Our situation was that we needed coverage for a family member, our schedule has been way to busy. We looked around and were somewhat apprehensive because we had not used a company before. After some calls, I ended up having a meeting with Glen. We covered everything in detail and he seemed to really get it and offered some different way to go. There was no pressure or anything like that.. After reviewing everything very carefully we decided to go forward with Acti-Kare. Well..it ended up being a great decision. We are very happy! The caregiver, Rose is awesome, she is really nice and seemed to fit in right away. The company has done everything we requested (we had some specific requirements) and we find everyone very responsive & really nice.
