ACASA personnel are always on time and cheerful with smiling faces. I always feel better when they arrive and clean and well fed when they leave. I have a long chore list and it is always completed before they leave. All paperwork and contacts dealing with John Hancock are complete and I don't have to worry about some item left unattended. I am well satisfied with their performance and service.

I can not recommend ACASA Senior Care of Franklin, strong enough. Dena is a wonderful, caring director. Truly makes the process feel at ease. Deanna is the nurse who has assisted my husband. Johnny has the language variant dementia, Deanna is very patient, calm, and friendly. She goes above and beyond working with him. In December 2022, My brother was transferred to the Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to await a very serious surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I have previously left a negative review for this facility on their website as it became apparent fairly soon after entering the facility that someone would need to be with my brother at all times. As I could not be present around the clock, I began a search to find caregivers to assist my brother during his stay at the center. When I contacted Dena to discuss having her group provide care for my brother, she came immediately to the "rehab facility" to meet with us. Dena was responsive to all questions and concerns. She provided references and was professional in all respects. During the several weeks my brother spent in the facility, Dena and her caregivers went above and beyond and provided excellent care! ACASA was truly a life saver! I received regular updates from Dena and the caregivers. The caregivers not only provided the assistance my brother needed, but with some instructions from my brother, a doctor, were able to stay on top of his care at the facility to confirm medications and treatments were being provided as needed. I do not hesitate in recommending ACASA for anyone seeking assistance with a loved one.
