In Hazel Green, WI we have our facility Academy Apartments. Our complex holds 55 plus apartments that are for independent senior living. Our staff helps manage the building and making sure it is well kept and maintained. With a huge activity room in the basement, we have lots of space for social gatherings, family member visits, puzzles, and plenty of games. Additionally, located in the basement is the library. Located just 20 minutes from Dubuque, we have access to more of a city atmosphere just down the road from our quiet neighborhood.
