A Place At Home owner Jerome Philips launched his business after personally experiencing the challenges of caring for his father during an unexpected and persistent illness. At the time, he became aware of seniors' needs and the challenges they face in navigating their way to
appropriate care. As a result, he is passionate about maintaining the quality of life for seniors, no matter what their circumstances are. He is also committed to providing an understanding and supportive work environment for caregivers.
