Owner, Britt Robertson earned his master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has spent a large part of his career helping Fortune 500 clients measure and improve their customer experience. He also led the marketing team for a large insurance company that was focused on expanding its Medicare Advantage product. When he personally experienced the challenges that loved ones face when they’re trying to provide the care a senior needs and saw the increasing need for seniors to have access to professional, high-quality care that allows them to stay in their own homes, he was felt called to start A Place At Home – Metro East. His background helps ensure that A Place At Home clients will have the best possible experience.
