We are geriatric nurses and Aging Life Care Managers who have a passion for working with seniors. We offer one-time problem-solving consultations and ongoing care management services. We specialize and excel in building relationships with our seniors and their families, providing them with support and peace of mind. We organize and coordinate all aspects of the senior’s care ensuring that the senior gets the best, most appropriate assistance possible.
We also offer assistance with end-of-life care, transitional care, and placement assistance.

It has been a privilege to work with Erica. Her passion for providing for the needs of our seniors is genuine and it shows in everything she does. She is a mentor and a friend and is very easy to learn from. She is a cheerleader for her employees and encourages personal and professional growth. Working with Erica, you won't find that infamous corporate culture, rather just good, old- fashioned, knowledgeable and compassionate, client centered care.
