A Hand to Hold did an excellent job taking care of my demanding ninety-seven-year-old mother while I was out of town for two weeks. From the assessment to the care, it was a pleasant experience. Attention to detail was excellent. At my request, we spoke each night and the caregiver spoke in detail of the accomplishments each day. She additionally made sure my mother spoke with me each evening. The best news is that when I returned, my mother who can be very critical had nothing but positive statements to make about the professionalism of the caregivers and the quality of service they provided.

A Hand to Hold does a very great job. They were able to get someone out to help me immediately, which is exactly what I needed. If there were 10 stars I would rate them ten. The only issue was a billing hiccup that was fixed with just one phone call!

We used A Hand To Hold of Atlanta for my Mother-in-law. The caregivers were amazing and helped us with so many things we had no idea that we even needed. When you are under the stress of dealing with a terminal diagnosis it is hard to think of everything. Emotions are palpable. A Hand to Hold was amazing. I would like to thank Carolyn Coles specifically. She is The Case Manager and Quality Assurance Director who had some really helpful ideas on how to manage her pain. Several caregivers came in and were so on the ball and loving. It is not easy to find this level of professionalism and compassion in homecare providers. A Hand to Hold made such a huge difference in my mother-in-laws quality of life. We were able to sleep a bit without worrying. Thanks Again to everyone at A Hand to Hold..

A Hand to Hold of Atlanta was top notch! My family hired A hand to hold to care for my mother who was diagnosed with cancer. This was a traumatic time for us. We had many different caregivers as well as nurses in our home. One caregiver from A hand to hold really stood out. Her name was Claree. Claree came in prepared to do whatever was needed to provide relief, compassion and care for my mother. She was the strongest and most skilled at lifting my mother and positioning her in her chair or bed. It was crucial for me to have someone like Claree who understood the level of pain my mother was in. I just can't say enough about my experience with Claree and A hand to hold!

A Hand to Hold of Atlanta was fabulous! I don't know what we would have done without this agency. The professionals that A Hand to Hold sent were caring, concerned, and personable every step of the way. We used many of their caregivers and every one they sent displayed the same characteristics listed.

I don't know what I would have done without A Hand to Hold of Atlanta. I can look back and honestly say that we could not have taken care of my parents without the help of their professionals. Their staff is caring, concerned, and personable every step of the way. All of the caregivers they provided us were outstanding and gave the support our parents needed. We would recommend their services.

My family has tried several agencies to assist with our elderly parents. A Hand to Hold of Atlanta is by far our favorite. We've used them for almost 2 years and there has never been a single issue. The office staff is SO responsive, courteous and considerate. The nurses are excellent. They make our lives so easy and are so professional and organized. The caregivers they have provided are top notch, caring, upbeat, timely and competent - and they are ready to accommodate on short notice. We are tough critics of service providers, and A Hand to Hold has really stood out. They really have been a godsend to my family and I can't thank them enough.

I am Jill, owner of Eva and Ermas Senior Care Home's providing personal care, hospice care, and assisted-living arrangements in my homes. When I opened my senior care homes and before I met Chris at A Hand to Hold in Atlanta, I used other services. I met Chris in a networking event and said to myself, why not give his gals a try? Oh my gosh he became my new BFF. His ladies were so. so different (in a perfect way) versus the other services/agencies I had tried. Since that time, I have known Chris Foster of A Hand to Hold since 2012 and I have all good things to share about them. All his ladies are on time and have been very professional and "know their stuff". I can call upon Chris's ladies and all I need to do is go over the medications and any toileting schedule and out the door I can go. I am confident my special seniors will be cared for with kid gloves while I am out. It is like having a favorite babysitter when you had kids to raise. You wanted someone you could trust, who would keep your "kids"/seniors on schedule and love the kids and engage them, Chris's gals do just that.

I did some research on A Hand to Hold - Atlanta, Ga. and found some very positive results. However, once I hired them, things didn't go very well. All three individuals (1 nurse and 2 caregivers) who came to my home, had to call me several times to find my house which is just 1/4 mile from a major intersection. The first caregiver didn't have any experience with dementia patients and didn't have any reliable transportation (which I asked for). After 3 tries, I decided to terminate.

I hired A Hand to Hold in Atlanta to take me to the doctors and run errands. The first visit the aid didn't show due to scheduling issues and they sent someone else. The second visit the aid had a flat tire and I had to request they send someone else. Both times I got to my doctors appointments late.
