Walnut Grove in Baraboo, Wisconsin offers two different options at our locations on Silver Drive: assisted living, Alzheimer’s and elderly dementia care in one house, as well as developmental disability services at the other. Dedicated staff are on hand 24 hours per day to provide assistance if needed. And our emergency call system is available 24 hours per day as well.
