Village at the Falls

At the Village at the Falls, you pay for amenities you do not receive. They do not clean the apartments as scheduled. The common areas are not clean. Activities are limited and often required to be run by the residents. The activities lack creativity, often limited to games of hangman or bingo. The food is horrible; they cannot seem to keep a cook on staff and so the food is prepared by untrained help-lately the maintenance man. The difficulty is the chain of command. The administrator is rarely there and when she is, she is behind closed doors. The prior administrator was always out with everyone and was very helpful. If you have a problem that you need addressed, you are limited to the direct administrator. When that person is unavailable or not receptive, you have no recourse. I would not recommend this facility.
