An aging life care specialist is available to implement care plans which incorporate the greatest degree of autonomy, safety, dignity and comfort for the older adult. Our role is to help the caregiver fully understand what’s going on with the older adult, identify key issues, provide all care options, evaluate choices and make decisions that are best for your unique situation. Assistance with scheduling appointments, interviews, paperwork, bill paying, entitlements, preparations for needed in-home care or arrange for transition to a facility (assisted living, nursing home or a rehabilitation program) are available. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the older adult while reducing the caregiver burden.
