The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan assists families in the protection of their loved ones by focusing their practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Elder Law including Medicaid and VA Planning and Special Needs Planning, Pet Planning, Business Succession Planning and Real Estate. The founders, Peggy Hoyt and Randy Bryan, are both dual board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates as well as Elder Law. Hoyt & Bryan is the only law firm in Florida with the distinction of two attorneys with these certifications. We offer many complimentary educational workshops each week in our Learning Center at The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan and monthly workshops in the Auditorium of One Senior Place in Altamonte Springs.

Randy C. Bryan
Randy is a compassionate advocate and advisor whose practice is devoted to elder law and estate planning matters. He represents individuals and their families in connection with the creation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, Medicaid & VA benefit planning for long-term care services at home or in an assisted living or nursing home facility, special needs trusts for individuals with disabilities, estate tax/wealth transfer planning for individuals with taxable estates, as well as working with families to assist with probate or trust administration services. As the past President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and Co-Chair of the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, Randy works to protect the rights of the state's most vulnerable citizens.
Randy is one of only nine attorneys in the State of Florida who has earned the dual designation of Florida Bar Board Certification as an expert in Elder Law as well as in Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is a co-author for the Lexis-Nexis book titled “Planning for the Elderly in Florida” and has been recognized by his peers as a “Florida Super Lawyer” for the last 6 consecutive years (2010-2015) in the area of Elder Law and was named to Florida Trend magazine’s “Florida’s Legal Elite” for estate planning five years running (2011-2015). He has also received the designation of Advanced Wealth-Strategist Planner by the Esperti Peterson Institute for Global Wealth Strategies Planning and Certified SunBridge Master Advisor by the SunBridge Advisor Network. Randy is also a Fellow of the Legacy Builder Institute, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating families and communities how and why to preserve their heritage and perpetuate their legacy.
Margaret "Peggy" R. Hoyt
Peggy is a Stetson University graduate receiving her B.B.A., cum laude, in 1981, her M.B.A. in 1982 and her J.D., cum laude, in 1993. Her work experience includes time as a college recruiter, financial consultant, account executive and chief financial officer before entering law school. She is a founding partner of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC. Peggy is dual certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates and in Elder Law.
Peggy practices in the areas of family wealth and legacy counselling, including trust and estate planning and administration, elder law, small business creation, succession and exit planning, real estate transactions and animal law. In addition to her law degree, she holds a Florida real estate license. Peggy formerly held a NASD Series 7 license and health, life and variable annuities licenses. She serves as a certified FINRA Arbitrator and is also a Florida Circuit Court Mediator concentrating in family business, estate administration, and animal law issues. Peggy also taught Animal Law as an adjunct professor with Barry University College of Law.
Sarah S. AuMiller
Sarah S. AuMiller is an attorney with the Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her law degree from Florida A&M College of Law. Sarah practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Disability Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship and Guardian Advocacy, Probate and Trust Administration, and Elder Law.
Sarah is a VA Accredited Attorney and is a member of the Florida Bar (Section Member: Elder Law, General Practice Solo and Small Firm, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Young Lawyers Division); Orange County Bar Association; American Bar Association; Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers; WealthCounsel; Oviedo Businesswomen’s Network; and Central Florida Estate Planning Counsel.
Michelle A. Adams
Michelle Adams graduated from Florida State University in 2010 and Florida State University College of Law in 2013. In law school Michelle was a member of FSU Mock Trial team, where she traveled across the state and participated in national trial advocacy competitions. While in law school, Michelle also clerked for two Circuit Court Judges, and as a research assistant to one of the Wills, Trusts and Estates professors at FSU.
Michelle practices in the areas of family wealth and legacy counselling, including Estate Planning, Business Planning , Long-Term Care Planning (including Medicaid Benefits and VA Benefits), Guardianship, Probate, and Special Needs Trusts. Michelle is a VA Accredited Attorney and is an Associate Attorney of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC. Michelle is a member of The Florida Bar (Member: General Practice Solo and Small Firm, Real Property Probate and Trust Law, Business law and Young Lawyers Division); Seminole County Bar Association; Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers; Wealth Counsel and Oviedo Businesswomen Network.
