Elder Law is a second legal career for attorney Linda Tabory, after working in public policy and corporate America for more than 15 years. In 1998, Mrs. Tabory began her private practice helping families deal with elderly parents with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. Oftentimes they found that no one in the family had the necessary authority to make medical or financial decisions for the afflicted parent, or there was a conflict within the family at an already difficult time. She works with the families to obtain Guardianships and Conservatorships in Kansas and Missouri where necessary. She continues to work with the families after appointment as they carry out their new fiduciary duties.
