I am a current client
At the present time I am very unhappy with this cemetery. Purchased plot and plaque several years ago. Last September our family buried my husbands ashes. Put flowers and flag on my husbands grave yesterday, Memorial weekend, he served in the Navy. Our plaque was covered with grass clipping, so much so I hard trouble locating the sight. The whole grave site was not in good condition. Ours was the worst looking one in that area. I am very upset and may have his ashes moved to another cemetery and make arraignments somewhere else for my final resting place. Someone from Susquehanna Memorial Gardens called me about this problem. She said she agreed that our grave site needed some attention, but it may take time as workers have to take care of immediate needs first. It the burial of my husbands ashes had been done properly in September 2017, workers would not have to redo anything. The grave site has mostly dirt and rocks, not grass. I was told in the phone conversation new grass seed would not grow this time of year.
