Not enough space to write all the horrible things my dad experienced at this facility. 86 year old late stage dementia has 2 FRACTURED FEMURS due to being dropped Numerous times because their STAFF could NOT use the required-mandated safety straps that came with lift to transfer him. Check out their Dept of Social Services Violations-they are cited for this. Over and over I warned them that their Staff-caregiver(s) were not transferring him safely. Director of Memory Unit did nothing, I asked for change in caregiver and was told Impossible. They allow maintenance men to help transfer residents when they are on the floor!! Maintenance Men should NOT touch a resident! Even when they are told staff not using safety straps to prevent drops they do nothing! Adult Protection Services Investigated and fined them. You wouldn't want your pet treated this way. Horrific Experience First Hand. My dad left with 2 Fractured Femurs that will never heal after trusting this facility to provide a Safe Environment for him.
