We offer a continuum of care that ranges from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing care. Snyder Village Home Care also supports residents who need a little extra help in their own homes. Our 40+ acre campus includes retirement cottages and apartments, beautiful assisted living accommodations, and a caring and skilled health center with 24/7 nursing care. Memory Care is also part of the specialized services we offer. Therapy Services supports our residents as well as those from our community on an out-patient basis.
