The Simpson House is one of the nicest senior living communities in the area. The grounds are beautiful and they have amazing and vibrant residents that are brilliant and kind. Many of the employees are pleasant. Some go out of their way with a smile or a hug. Kindness and respect need to be encouraged and rewarded. The areas that need to be improved are communication. The response time to correspondence could be better. The system of mail delivery and pick up needs upgrading and the elevators need some repairs. There are good things about this community. At the same time there is always a bit of room for making things better.
