Silver Years Adult Day Care

I visited Silver Years many times during the last three years and I can recommend this center without any reservation. This is a place for Russian speaking seniors with all kind of disabilities to get help in their daily life activities. People who are using wheel chairs, walkers and other devices are overcoming weakness and pain to attend Silver Years. What motivates them to do so? It is emotional support and encouragement, the friendly and professional staff, and a very good care. They have many options for their activities between breakfast and lunch like: exercises, chess, learning English, bingo, trip to a park or store. They have individual attention, help in communication with English speakers, help in administrating medications, controlling blood pressure and blood sugar, etc. The seniors have a social life in a friendly environment. They have a good time, forgetting for a while about their limitations and age, and consider the Day Care as an essential part of their lives.
