Dorothy, I am a past client

I hired Ripple for case management with my dad. Dad was in a pretty tough spot as he was living home alone and he had fallen twice. I didn't know any other option, but to send him to a facility in which he would fight tooth and nail not to go to. When I hired Ripple, they came to his house and got everything together. From his bathtub and life alert system to other options we weren't privy to, they had it all together. They always arrived on time and they returned every call, which is really big to me. They were always there to help. Linda was the sweetest and she really knew her stuff. I would highly recommend these guys. They have all the t's crossed and i's dotted. Believe the reviews!

Ripple Life Care Planning helped me when I was overwhelmed with caring for my aging mother. I live about 1.5 hours away from mom and the only feedback I was getting from her doctors was from her. She was showing signs of dementia and it was nearly impossible for me to pick my family up and move closer to home. Ripple Life Care Planning helped with everything. They spoke with her doctors to make sure she understood, helped to apply for things that I did not know existed, and held my hand through every step of the way. They are like extra family members. I truly appreciate what they did for me.
