Debra, I am a current client

I hired a Geriatric Care Manager from Putnam Health Advocates, Anna Inglett, to assist in putting together a Care Plan to allow my Mother to stay in her home for as long as possible. She came out, did a thorough assessment and evaluation of my Mother; spoke with her doctors; interviewed and hired a Care Giver agency and implemented and currently manages her on-going care. My mother continues to live at home independently with some assistance and is doing well. Putnam has been terrific to work with and I can't recommend them enough.
