Precious Moments AFH in Portland, OR is our assisted living facility for adults 60+. Here at Precious Moments we provide our residents with the care they need to engage in daily life. With three squared meals a day, transportation provided, weekly exercise, and daily interaction our residents just love it here. Our staff here tries to have a one on one connection with each of our residents so that we can provide them with their needed request to make this facility even more comfortable for them.
