Prairie House is dedicated to providing a hight quality of life for each of our residents. We provide dementia and Alzheimer’s care services which allow residents to function independently at their own level of ability, while providing care and medical assistance where needed. Our community believes in engaging each resident socially, psychologically, spiritually and physically, ensuring the wellness of each resident.
